Christar believes in the healing of the whole person, not just the physical body. She teaches classes on the healing power of plant medicine through essential oils. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher through the Yoga Allianceand is currently creating a new style of yoga. She is in the process of completing a book called Recipes for Healthy Living , soon to be released.
Using her skills as a dancer, performer and athlete, Christar has a broad sense of the human body and how it works for optimum performance. She uses her vast knowledge of plant based medicines, essential oils and crystals to incorporate into her massage practice.
Movement and Dance is a sacred form of Healing Arts. Christar believes that dancing and rhythm in the body generates the cure for many ailments. In 2017, Christar traveled to Italy to study with world renowned percussion artist, Alessandra Belloni, understanding how Rhythm is the CURE.
Christar became a Certified Life Coach in 2018 and now leads clients through Shamanic Journeying. Christar is also a Certified Sivananda Instructor and practices Qi Gong.
Newly added to her repertoire, Christar has become skilled in playing crystal bowls. She now offers sound bath vibrational healing. Together with massage and Reiki, the sound bath can open up blockages in the body for optimum health and balance.
During her travels, Christar has facilitated many women's retreats and festivals in Florida and in California. Christar frequently performs as a fire dancer. During the summer of 2018, Christar created, directed and performed in "Circus Transformance", a performance art show that premiered in Fort Myers, Florida.
